About
Safronov Egor founded sadev in Vienna and leads it as managing director. He studies business informatics at WU Vienna and Transformation Studies at the University of Applied Arts Vienna, and has led cross-disciplinary research and exhibition projects there. Before sadev he managed the commercial and permitting side of industrial compressor projects in Europe.
Business informatics teaches me how systems and companies work; Transformation Studies teaches me to ask what they are for. sadev is where the two meet: systems that change how an industrial team spends its attention.
How we work
One system, not many.
A tool is only worth building if it replaces work every week. We would rather run one system properly than pilot five.
A person in the loop.
Software reads and sorts; a person decides what counts. That is how the output stays trustworthy enough to act on.
Small on purpose.
A core of one, a team when the project needs it. The people you talk to are the people who design and run the system.
