Market and project intelligence
Systems that read public sources, documents and registries in many languages and turn them into something a sales or management team can act on. Software does the reading; a person decides what counts.
sadev is a Vienna company for intelligence and management systems in industrial B2B. Safronov Egor, its founder and managing director, designs each system and writes the first code; where a project needs it, sadev assembles and leads the development team. Designed, built and run. ProjectDiscovery is the first product.
All of it for industrial B2B. Compressor projects, permitting and procurement taught us how equipment is specified and bought — which is what makes the systems useful.
Systems that read public sources, documents and registries in many languages and turn them into something a sales or management team can act on. Software does the reading; a person decides what counts.
Pipelines, lead workflows and CRM set-ups that fit the way a B2B team actually sells: from the first signal to the quotation, with the source attached and nothing typed twice.
From a business need to a technical workflow to a shipped system. The specification is written by the person who will manage the build; developers are brought in per project and led directly.
Connecting what a company already has — CRM, email, documents, reporting — and putting new tools, AI models included, inside those workflows so they are used every day rather than demonstrated once.
Project intelligence for industrial equipment exporters. ProjectDiscovery monitors public sources, reads project documents and brings the relevant findings into one place — with the source attached — so that an export team hears about a mine, a plant or a tender before it is specified.
Built with Philipp Verfahrenstechnik and in production since April 2025. Available as your own instance: your equipment, your markets, your team's feedback.

InduMap gives a team the structure to map the projects and assets of a sector — plants, sites, infrastructure — and to record, for each one, its owners, operators, installed equipment and potential suppliers, together with development status, capacity and commissioning year.
On top of the asset map, the team manages its leads: new projects, expansions, tenders, spare parts and servicing, each with a priority, an estimated value, a follow-up date, supplier quotations and the research behind it — documented where the decision is made, so the team can decide which projects and companies to pursue. Configured per sector and region; the first instance is set up for energy infrastructure.

Software reads and sorts; a person decides what counts. That is how the output stays trustworthy enough to act on.
A core of one, a team when the project needs it. The people you talk to are the people who design and run the system.
ProjectDiscovery has run in production for Philipp Verfahrenstechnik since April 2025.
Safronov Egor founded sadev in Vienna and leads it as managing director. He studies business informatics at WU Vienna and Transformation Studies at the University of Applied Arts Vienna, and has led cross-disciplinary research and exhibition projects there. Before sadev he managed the commercial and permitting side of industrial compressor projects in Europe.
Currently: in Shanghai and Chengdu, 20–30 September 2026, studying how Chinese equipment exporters go to market in Central Asia and Africa.
